Tai Chi Class
Tai Chi is universally recognized as a safe and effective exercise suitable for people of all ages. Through consistent and regular practice, you will improve your overall physical fitness, maintain a healthy body, and experience clarity and relaxation in your mind. All members who like Tai Chi are welcome to participate.
(You are welcome to join us. There is no membership fee.)
